COLLECTION FROM STORE

Providing the item is in stock, orders will be ready for collection within 2 hours of ordering (please call us on 0208 668 7565 before you set out). 

 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY ~ Free for orders over £100

Providing the item is in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 3 - 4 working days. (This may differ with current postal strikes).  Parcels will require a signature on arrival at the destination.

The Standard Delivery fee is £10.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ~EU deliveries £18 ~ U.S & Canada ~ £24 ~ Australia ~ £28 

Providing the item is in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days for EU, and 10-21 days for Australia, U.S & Canada.  Parcels will require a signature upon arrival at the destination.

(Shipping rates will be reviewed every 6 months).

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Royal mail is currently unable to guarantee their usual delivery times, so we will not currently be offering this as an option.

 

SALES TAX AND DUTIES

Any duties or taxes that your country implements are your responsibility and NOT that of Lucindas.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Please email us at lucindas@lucindas-purley.co.uk  if you have any enquiries and we will advise if and when we are likely to receive the item back in stock.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

In-store Policy

If you change your mind about something you have bought in-store at Lucindas we are happy to accept exchanges up to 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase and with garment labels still intact. Alternatively, we will issue a credit note.

Online Policy

In the event that you are not totally delighted with your online purchase, or if you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund minus postage if the order is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your item(s).

Please email us within 5 days of receiving your item(s) at lucindas@lucindas-purley.co.uk  to confirm the item(s) you are returning. 

Item(s) must be in new and in unworn condition with all packaging and tags still attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and also notify you if we have approved your refund.

Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings, undergarments, hats and fascinators.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we aim to do this within 7 working days.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the returned item, and send it 'signed for' as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. 

 

SALE ITEMS

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

Online prices do not necessarily apply in-store. Selected online reductions are exclusive to online shoppers and in-store prices may vary.

 

EXCHANGES

Items may be exchanged for a different size or item, depending on stock availability. If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by emailing us at lucindas@lucindas-purley.co.uk  with your exchange requirements and then follow the returns policy above - please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, and send it 'signed for' as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

When we have received the original item in good order, we will send out the replacement garment.
